No. Clients provide the alcohol for their event. We make the process easy by helping you determine what to purchase based on your guest count, event length and drink menu.

2. How much alcohol should I buy for my wedding or event?
We’ll provide a customized alcohol shopping guide based on your number of guests, hours of service and selected cocktails so you know exactly what to purchase.

3. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Mobile Bartending by Ali carries general and liquor liability insurance with $2M coverage, and proof of coverage can be provided to your venue upon request.

4. Do you provide bartending services for weddings?
Yes! We provide professional mobile bartending for weddings throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas. We can help with bar setup, drink planning, shopping lists, signature cocktails and professional bar service throughout your event.

5. What areas do you serve?
Mobile Bartending by Ali is based in the Sarasota and Bradenton area and serves events throughout Southwest Florida, with travel available from Tampa Bay to Naples.

6. How much does a mobile bartender cost?
Our bartending packages currently start at $100 per hour. Pricing depends on the package selected, number of bartenders or additional staff needed, event size, location and hours of service.

7. How many bartenders will I need for my event?
The number of bartenders depends on your guest count, drink menu and event style. We’ll recommend the appropriate staffing so your bar runs smoothly and guests aren’t waiting unnecessarily.

8. Can you create signature cocktails?
Absolutely. We can help you choose or create signature cocktails that fit your wedding, party theme or event. We can also help determine the ingredients and quantities you'll need.

9. What is included in the Platinum Package?
Our Platinum Package is our most complete option and includes professional bartender service, bar tools, straws, beverage napkins, ice, cups, coolers, sodas, juices, limes and lemons. You provide the alcohol.

10. What mixers do you provide with the Platinum Package?
Standard mixers can include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, club soda, tonic water, cranberry juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Specialty mixers can be discussed depending on your drink menu.

11. Do you arrive early to set up the bar?
Yes. We arrive before service begins to set up and organize the bar so everything is ready when your event starts.

12. Do you offer bartending for corporate events and private parties?
Yes. In addition to weddings, we provide mobile bartending for corporate events, birthdays, holiday parties, showers, private parties and other celebrations.
